Overview:

Staff Pivot is a comprehensive employee database web application developed to streamline HR and administrative functions. Built using PHP and MySQL, the application features both desktop and mobile-responsive views, allowing organizations to manage and track employee information efficiently. With modules for handling employee demographics, credentials, discipline, absences, recruitment, and meetings, Staff Pivot provides a holistic view of workforce management. Additionally, the application supports hierarchical user access for varied roles and includes architecture for future scalability and feature expansion.

The primary objectives for developing Staff Pivot included:

Enhanced Employee Data Management: Create an organized platform to consolidate employee records and provide a seamless view of key information.

Mobile and Desktop Accessibility: Ensure that employees and administrators can access the system through both desktop and mobile devices for convenience.

Client Challenges/Pain Point:

The client faced several pain points in managing their workforce:
